WHERE DO I PURCHASE TICKETS?

Our main dock is located below Mickey Mantle Drive, across the street west from the third base entrance of the Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark. For a map, click here to visit our location page. You may purchase your all day pass from our ticket booth, which is located at street level, just above the landing. Or you may purchase them on this website by clicking here to visit our fares and tickets page, which also contains pricing details.

ARE RESERVATIONS REQUIRED?

Although typically Water Taxi does not require reservations, due to current restrictions and operational changes related to COVID-19 we are operating with very limited availability and will likely have difficulty accommodating walk-up business, especially during our busiest times. Therefore we recommend pre-booking your departure time by clicking on our calendar or our “buy now” link.

If your group is more than 30, you should consider a charter, which does require reservations. NOTE: many charter options are currently restricted or unavailable. Please click here to visit our groups and charters page to find out more.

WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS?

Water Taxi operates during most of the year in good weather. During summer months, we are usually open extended hours and seven days a week. During other months the schedule may vary based on weather and demand. For more details on our hours of operation, click here to visit our location and hours page.

HOW LONG IS THE BOAT RIDE?

All Water Taxi Ambassadors narrate points of interest along the way. A round trip takes about 40 minutes. During our regular summer season, you can board a Water Taxi every 15-20 minutes at our landing on the Bricktown Canal. Service intervals vary during the off-season and when demand is light due to weather or other conditions.

We provide private charters, and can also provide dinner cruises (separate catering booking required). Please click here to visit our groups and charters page for details. For more information on our services, click here to visit the About Us section of the website.

DO YOU TAKE CREDIT CARDS?

Our ticket booth is equipped for credit card purchases. You may also pre-purchase tickets via PayPal on this website by clicking her to visit our fares and tickets page, which also contains pricing details.

WHERE SHOULD WE PARK?

Water Taxi does not have a dedicated parking lot available to us, however the Bricktown district has an abundance of parking available at all times, all within an easy walk of the canal. Usually great parking is very inexpensive and easy to find. Choices vary from on-street parking meters, to surface parking lots and garages with a wide array of pricing, which is usually dependent on proximity to the center of Bricktown, the events going on, or similar factors.

ARE THE BOATS ACCESSIBLE FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES?

Absolutely. Each boat has a portable ramp on board and 2 wheelchair locations and sets of tie-down straps. Additionally, the canal itself is accessible via a mixture of elevators and ramps.

ARE PETS ALLOWED ON BOARD?

Unfortunately, due to the close quarters on board, pets are not allowed. However, service animals ARE allowed on board.
