Are reservations required?

Although on-site ticket purchase is available, immediate seating is not guaranteed to walk-ups. It’s always a good idea to reserve your seats in advance, as we often reach capacity well in advance of departure. Therefore, we recommend pre-booking your departure time by clicking on our calendar or our “Purchase Tickets” link.

If your group is more than 20, you should consider a charter, which does require reservations. Please visit our groups and charters page to find out more.

How long is the boat ride?

All Water Taxi Ambassadors narrate points of interest along the way. A roundtrip takes about 40-45 minutes. During our regular summer season, tours launch from our main dock every 15-20 minutes. Departure intervals vary during the off-season and when demand is light due to weather or other conditions.
